A: You need to overwrite or delete the default index page (index.htm). Note, your home page must always be named index.htm, index.html, index.shtml, index.shtm, or index.php.
Q: Do you support FrontPage and FrontPage Extensions?
A: No, we do not.
Q: What version of PHP do you currently support?
A: The current PHP 5.3+ line.
Q: What version of MySQL do you currently support?

Q: What version of Perl do you support?
A: The 5.10.+ series.
Q: What software applications are included with your services?

Q: Do you support ASP or .Net?
A: No, we run Apache/Linux servers. ASP and .Net are best on Microsoft / IIS-based servers.
Q: Does InterKan.Net build websites or make revisions to websites?
A: Yes, see our services section. Otherwise, we can only provide you with information regarding what changes (if any) are needed to make your website function on our servers.
Q: Where do I access my website statistics?
A: Use the URL address http://<my_site>/Admin/stats.
Q: I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do?
A: Please contact our technical support at (877) 565-0991, and one of our technicians will assist you in resetting your password.
Q: What DNS servers do I point my domain name to?
A: ns1.interkan.net, ns2.interkan.net, and ns3.interkan.net
Q: I accidentally deleted a file or folder. Can you recover it for me?
A: Yes, we can as long as it is not more than 2 weeks since the file was deleted from the server. Contact our technical support at (877) 565-0991 or email us. Note that it could take up to 5+ hours to restore the files.
