Mailing List Manager - Message Templates
Email Templates - Add, Edit, & Delete
Message templates are used to create customize the emails that are sent via the Mailing List Manager.
- Log in to the administration utility at http://<domain name>/Admin/login/.
- Click on Mailing List Manager.
- Click Templates from the navigation menu.
To add a new template:
- Click Add (upper right corner).
- Specify a name for the template and type or paste in the template contents (plain text or HTML). Be sure to include a "[message]" marker (without the quotes) where you would like message text to appear.
- Click the Add button (lower left corner).
To edit an existing template:
- Click Templates from the navigation menu.
- Click the name of the template you would like to edit.
- Make the changes to the template and click the Update button (lower left corner).
To remove an existing template:
- Click Templates from the navigation menu.
- Click the Delete icon (
) to the right of the template you wish to remove.
- Confirm the removal of the specified list by clicking Yes button.
